Step One: Complete your application and bring it to the church office.

Complete our Safe Place application by downloading and printing or picking up a copy in the church office. When it's complete, bring it to the church office or give it to your ministry leader along with a copy of your photo ID. You will need:

• A copy of your driver's license or other photo ID
• Three references (emails preferred)
• Your social security number

Step Three: Take the quiz!

Take our short quiz to review the video content. Once you submit your quiz and turn in your application, we can begin creating your Safe Place file. Your file is considered current for five years.
